6.6/10

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and a good size, although the windows needed a bit of attention and there were some flies around. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. The location was central but noisy in the morning, making it hard to sleep in. The dining experience varied, with some good and some disappointing aspects. Overall, a decent choice for a stay.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms, though clean and good size, had some cleanliness issues like windows needing cleaning and a few flies around. I was moved to another room, which I felt relieved and happy about.
Service
8.0
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. However, a particular staff member had a disgusting attitude, which dampened the experience.
Location
6.0
The hotel's central location was convenient but unfortunately very noisy early in the morning. It was great for accessing town amenities, but the noise disrupted any chance of a lie-in.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience had its ups and downs. While the warm dishes were good, other aspects like the presentation, choice, and coffee quality were lacking.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but nothing overly exceptional to note.

5.6/10

The hotel is situated in a problematic location directly on a narrow street and town square, resulting in small rooms without running cold water for flushing toilets, showers, or cold beverages. The limited space makes it challenging for couples, and there is a lack of storage for clothes. Despite these drawbacks, the service was exceptional and worthy of commendation.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were small and lacked the necessary amenities like running cold water, posing challenges for basic needs. Limited space made it uncomfortable for couples, and the absence of storage facilities was inconvenient.
Service
9.0
I must give credit to the staff for their lovely service, overcoming the unfriendly atmosphere created by other aspects of the hotel.
Location
7.0
Despite the hotel's challenging location on a narrow street and town square, it managed to be a quiet haven in the evening, offering a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always pleased to assist.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was underwhelming, with cheap and unappetizing food served in a disappointing manner outside rooms late at night. The breakfast, though warm, lacked variety and consistency.
Facilities
5.0
Limited dining options and problematic room conditions affected the overall experience. However, the service was a shining beacon of positivity that stood out amidst the hotel's challenges.
